Cancellation Policy

Clear Minds LLC – Cancellation Policy At Clear Minds LLC, we value your time and our commitment to your care. To ensure fairness and allow availability for all clients, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible service to all of our clients. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Let me know if you want to add exceptions, like emergencies or first-time forgiveness.
